1. Service
Atlas is a personal health-information tool operated by Prime Longevity Labs. It helps you understand your own laboratory results and identify areas to discuss with a qualified clinician. It is not a medical service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in India to use Atlas. By creating an account you confirm this.
3. Your data
You own your health data. By uploading reports you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Atlas service. We do not claim any ownership of your data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload documents belonging to another person without their explicit consent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
5. Payments
Payment is processed by Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. We do not store card details. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis — write to us within 7 days of payment.
6. Limitation of liability
Atlas is provided "as is". Prime Longevity Labs is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
